Road Rides

• Tuesday - Advanced Road Ride - Meet at Spokes n Skis -Paceline riding 19+mph average 25-35 miles

                                       Starting March 15th  Rides Leave 6:00pm

• Tuesday 6:00 - Beginner Ride:  Check the Blair Bicycle Club web page for location (Changes weekly)

• Wednesday 6:00pm - Presidents Ride: Check the Blair Bicycle Club web page for Location (Changes weekly)

• Thursday 5:30 pm - Bill Taafe, Wayne Alexander or " show and go"  Ride: Check Below

• Saturday 8:30am - Bakery Ride: Check BBC webpage for meeting place an exact time

• Saturday 6:30am - Meet at Hollidaysburg Jr. High Parking Lot by YMCA.  40+ miles paceline riding. No set route or leader, Show an go ride

Ladies Only Ride

Thursday 5:30 - Meet at Spokes n Skis - 

            - This is a ladies only ride, more of a intermediate ride

            - The ride will focus on riding in a pace line as well as improving your over all riding ability

Mountain Rides

• Wednesday 6:00pm - Meet at the clubhouse parking lot at Blue Knob All Seasons Resort.

                -This is not a beginner ride.  More advanced to expert ride on technicial terrain.

                -If there is enough interest we will start a beginner mountain bike ride.

                -We are also looking for a beginner to intermediate ride leader.

                -Ride is rain or shine

• Third Wednesday of month Alegrippis Trails (Raystown Lake).  Next date to be determined  

                   Meet at the main parking lot

                  Bring lights if you have them. 

                The trails are very well marked so if anyone wants  to leave before dark that is fine.

Thursday Rides

Rides will be at Canal Basin for Sept.  No scheduled rides after Sept.

All rides will be starting at 5:30 pm


Next year (2012) we will do other rides on Thurs. such as:

            Sinking Valley Grange Hall (MS Lunch Stop)

            Martinsburg

            MS Ride Sections

            2012 Rides begin in April (March if possible)

              Directions:  From Frankstown Rd, take I-99 north 9 miles to 
                               Exit 41 (Bellwood Exit).  At bottom of exit ramp
                               turn right towards Skelp Mountain Road for 3
                               miles (up and over mountian) to 3 way stop sign.
                               Go through stop sign and the grange hall is on
                               your left after 50 feet.
