| The Spokes-n-Skis/Altoona Bicycle Club racing team was established in the 2004 offseason. With 5 local racers we traveled throughout PA learning the ropes and the sometimes tense moment’s road racing brings. Quickly gaining some much needed experience, both good and bad, the team started to post some results. Always trying to keep it in perspective, it was not our goal to get results but to have fun and keep it real.
Going into our 7th season the team has grown to 15 racers dedicated to being one of Pennsylvania’s premier amateur racing teams. With racers in the cat 5, 4, 3, & 2 fields the team and its sponsors will be well represented throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland in 2014.
